Oadby Society of Artists' 2010 Exhibition
The Oadby Society of Artists’ 43rd Annual Exhibition was opened on Thursday evening, June 3rd, 2010 by Alan Godwin, a long standing member of the society and chairman for many years before emigrating to Holland.

Over 120 people attended at The Brocks Hill Visitor Centre and listened to Alan's comments on the exhibited works.
Alan awarded the ‘Opener’s Prize’ to Bob Morley for his watercolour & Gouache painting of "Godrevy Lighthouse" |
Hillary Willars watercolour "sweetcorn" received the most members’ votes for favourite picture, winning ‘the Jean Wells Plate’. |
Visitors to the exhibition commented on the wide variety of subjects and styles, and the originality of the work on display.
